Why are people so against the casino in Shoter? You gamble every day of your life, either at church with the bingo's or rafle tickets. Some even go to Ga to get lottery tkts. What is the differnce???? I gamble when I can so do alot of people so why can't the people of ALABAMA have a casino that is'nt owned by the Indians. If we make it to where it is legal then we the people of Al would not have to go to Mississippi or to the Creek Casino's.The taxes would stay here to help Al kids.I'm so tired of hearig about the Phenix City story,I grew up durning that time and it's time to leave the past in the darn past and move on.I'll be their as soon as I know when it will open, send me a date and time.
