Passing a budget on time remains hurdle for Virginia legislature
With one week left before the scheduled adjournment of the 2012 General Assembly , Democratic and Republican legislators have yet to agree on a spending plan for the next two years and are digging in their heels, apparently hoping that the other side will blink first.

They can't pass a budget that affects EVERY person in this state but they can agree to cut school spending-gut social programs-single out the female population with nonsense rules /regulations etc etc etc. Gotta love this kind of behavior. I am so very proud of ALL these people. Just goes to show you exactly what they deem to be "important." shame shame shame!!
