U heard right. It's worse now than its ever been. Management is a joke from team leads all the way up to the plant manager. It's getting run in the grind at a rapid pace.

There's a lot of upset people. I've been here for 20 years and I've never seen it like this. I expect a union vote this year.

I guess Wendy is getting all the threads deleted. Here's a warning Morristown. Do not work at meritor. It's a dump. The bosses suck and treat the employees like crap. Stay away from here

A lot of people are leaving that's for sure. I don't see the place lasting another 5 years unless they do some serious changing with the management.

I worked for one of the managers at Meritor. Not at Meritor, but somewhere else. So I totally agree and feel your pain!

There are no good bosses there. Everyone is out to make their self look good at whatever cost. It use to be the best place in Morristown to work, great benefits and pay, bosses that actually cared about the employees. It's not much more than a sweat shop now. The current plant manager is a joke. I know he has a lot of pressure on him but he needs to realize that if he showed his employees that he appreciated them they may make his job easier. Employees that feel appreciated are more content and do a better job. There's no chance for advancement, rather that promoting from within they hire off the street for the better jobs.

Meritor wages are too low. That place needs a union. Don't get stuck there. Lot of better places to work in Morristown
