The area where they have done the realignment of Wendell Boulevard would be a great location for an apartment complex. Just off 64 HWY by the Sheetz gas Station, inside Wendell town limits but with the feel of living in the country side.

Plus with a Food Lion grocery store 4 minutes away would make this area a perfect home setting for many people who want to live in a small town but with a country feel to it.

Throw in a Bojangles and maybe a Hotel near the Sheetz and just watch Wendell grow huge in this area of town. The bridge will be fixed by then as Wendell works its way to becoming an important hub as travelers use HWY 64 for Mudcat games, beach or heading to and from the Interstate 95 highway.

Well another bank just opened up, the roads have been paved and a development company is starting up construction nearby. So yea that prediction is slowly playing out better than any Virginia ACC football team.
