Unshackle Upstate: Cut spending, taxes in 2013
Rochester-based business group Unshackle Upstate on Friday released its policy agenda for 2013, a list of priorities that includes reducing New York's spending, lowering taxes and relieving state mandates on local governments and school districts.

It will never happen as long as the tax and spend democrats are in control.The are drunk with power because they know they can do what they want and the fools that vote for them will follow their every wish.That is what we get when the "entitled ones" vote to keep their pay checks comming. S/N: To all of the middle class working people-- The latest numbers from the goverment state that a welfare person gets over $40,000+ per year counting all benefits and public service employees make appox 30-35% more than a worker in the private sector.If that doesn't get you mad seeing that we pay the bills nothing will.Time to raise hell and stop this crap once and for all. Just saying.
