This video has UA troops claiming 3 brigades were wiped out in one battle, 4500 men.

&in dex=8&list=UUdnB82ob_V7EXw wcCtB1vUg

That's more than Porko's admitted to in the past 4 months.

I wonder what the hell is really going on over there.

Here's the remains of one of the 3 brigades mentioned, the 72nd.

Could be they're right.

Looks like the 400 that crossed over into Russia were from the 72nd.

"Today, the remnants of the 72nd Separate Mechanized Brigade fled into the territory of the Russian Federation. According to Russia

I expect that this group will cease to exist in the course of 2-3 days, following which the Cauldron will shrink in half, and the Militia will start dealing with the remnants of the 24th and the 79th Brigades."

Looks like they did.

Are the Americans stupid enough to give those fighter jets to these peasants for free. This is certainly not Willy Wonkas way of dismantling old soviet inventory. My bet is that fatty will somehow be able to rent fighters front the west, downpayment doesn't sound like a plan when it comes to ukrainkas. It must be also very expensive to maintain those few rust buckets they have left.

CNN just announced the good news that Ukraine is clearly winning. It's managed to secure two gas stations and a bus stop in Lugansk in the past week.

Fighting in Ukraine close to the Russian border caused a wildfire, which threatened the Russian border checkpoint at Voloshino, the Russian Customs Service told ITAR-TASS. The fire almost ran out of control before firefighters could intervene, due to hot windy weather in the area.

I've always wondered why the DPR/LPR aren't using wildfires against Porko's troops shelling the cities from open fields miles away and then announcing "The Odessa Revenge Battalion has eliminated......"

Such idiots, two things come to mind:

1. Russia supplied these terrorists with surface to air misiles and trained them

2. This is a war

3. Just like the Malaysian flight they will shoot things out of the sky, they are not the brightest ones.

Gee, George - if fighter jets were coming to bomb your family and neighbors, wouldn't you want to blow them out of the sky?

Yep, idiot - that's your calling card alright.

The terrorists are RUSSIAN you idiot, none of their families are affected, don't you get it, they just want their own piece of land, well now it is down to a few blocks of a city but just shows they are not protecting anyones family or property and will jeopardize everyone in East Ukraine to get it, however most of the terrorist leaders are running or going on holidays, lol, just to escape being arrested, so all your yapping and name calling just makes you guys look and act stupid

i watched those videos posted above.
very interesting for sure.
clearly the russian seperatists are very well armed and ready for a fight.
please let it be the case, though, that they are retreating.
if so, let them go...
please don't pursue...
let them leave...
if they are arming for another attack....
then....
it's out of my hands to even pray for peace...

Complete bullshit. There are no 'terrorists', other than those in Kiev bombarding civilians daily. There are the people of the East that have so admirably and courageously said they want nothing to do with the Kiev junta (yes, it's still a junta) and its svoboda and right sector neo-nazi scum supporters and THEIR supporters. The East fights, with or without help from the Russians, for their dignity and their right to self determination, a God-given right to us all. It is their moral duty, nothing less.

So pack it up, Paco. The East is fighting for ALL of the principles America and Americans have always held dear, before the nation was thoroughly corrupted and its citizens, hornswaggled.

Maybe you as a Canadian, with your history of loyalty to the Crown, have no notion of such things - but we Americans, when honestly informed, DO!

See my name, look it up. Ethan Allen led a courageous militia who also, were once called 'terrorists' by the Crown. I and all those like me stand with those same brave men in the East who are ready to sacrifice all for the sake of their dignity. God's speed to them.

The indignation and outright moral outrage these men show, in countless videos, when confronted with Kiev's vile bombardment and despicable murder of civilian after civilian in their cities and towns, attests to the undeniable nobility of their cause. They fight not for money, not for threat of imprisonment nor misguided fascist ideals, they fight out of self-respect and that, my misguided friend, gives them the strength of ten.

Kiev and its supporters had the opportunity to hear their appeals early on, in this macabre game of theirs. They instead chose the path to war. May they now drown in it.

Are you completely stupid. It is very evident that those kholkhozniks in Eastern Ukrainka can't survive next ten days without massive aid from Putinko. It is a joke that Putinko as a leader of the kholkhoznik dive thinks he has the ability to help others yet alone to forgive debts of Russian back third world holes such as Cuba and North Korea. I hope that Poroshenko has some backbone many ukrainkas lack and doesn't give an inch to the kholkhozniks. If I was him and I would meet Lukashenko or Putin face to face God knows what I would do.

Nice to see someone understands what is happening in the Eastern Ukraine! East Ukrainians are respectful people. Western Ukrainians do not own up their history and traditions; they claim that it is all imposed upon them by Russians. It is absurd the claim; as if they were sleep walking all throughout their history. True enough, they very often fought on the side of invaders; in WWII many fought on the side of Hitler. On the other hand, East Ukrainians own up and respect their history and traditions, and want to preserve them. In WWII they fought against invaders with great cost to their lives; in some areas about third of the population perished. Now junta in Kiev grabbed the power over dead bodies of Ukrainians, and hurried to sign association with the EU; which means to be dictated from the Brussels, and losing their sovereignty, and their way of life. All East Ukrainians wanted is the referendum; and the recognition of their rights to dictate their destiny. But what they got from Kiev in return is tanks, bombs, and missiles.

And yet another:

KIEV, August 21 - Independence supporters have downed a Ukrainian Air Force Su-25 Frogfoot attack plane over the Luhansk region late on Wednesday, a spokesman for the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine said.

“Today a Su-25 attack aircraft has been shot down while on a combat mission. The fate of the pilot is unknown yet but hope remains that he will be alright,” Andriy Lysenko told Ukrainian news channel 112.ua.
