God did make some people better than others. Or worse. He made some infirm. He made some smart. He made some wise. He made some female. He made some to lead. He made some destructive. He made some beautiful to behold. He made some unsightly.
Once outside the womb, it's our business how we improve our lives or ruin it. Some rise to secure seats of judgement upon others.

This candidate is unknown to me, but public schools have inculcated our children out of the whole idea of goodness and badness and judgement.

Swallow hard and accept the fact that there are people better than you - and Mr Whipple, too.

It will be interesting to see if a republican governor will appoint a democrat as judge. I hope she gets it, unfortunately politics come into play and I don't think she will get it.

I don't know...It happens all the time. You'd be surprised. If you told folks 10 years ago a lesbian would be picked with no more experience than a clerk to be a surpreme court justice, you'd be scoffed at. Same with a Puerto Rican affilliated with the Communist party to be another one. Same with a foreign born muslim as president. Same with a guy who publicly denounced our military and threw away his war medals appointed as Secy. of Defense. Same with a man caught cheating on his taxes tapped to head the Dept. of the Treasury.
