very smart! this way they will be forced to LEARN to clean up after themselves or they don't eat, simple as that. If these kids come by themselves will they be put in orphanages or what ? God help us, why are we being forced to accept these parent-less kids ? why don't we just put them in a train with food and clothes and ship them back !! WE DON'T WANT THEM !!! BETTER YET, send them to their prez. capitals' steps for him to worry about, THEY ARE HIS PROBLEM!!!
