Anti death penalty = we must keep all murderers alive, at any cost.

I am an athiest liberal myself and support the death penalty. If Maryland bans it, that states taxpayers can look forward to a tune of approx $110,000 of per inmate per year to house them, and that does not include appeals.

Limit the appeals, make them thorough and then carry out the executions when deemed. It is not hard to do for heinous crimes.

Wth executions with limited appeals, the taxpayer dollars can go to good things like healthcare for the poor and crime victims.

With the way all politicians have been killing us for years with taxes, they must feel like it would be killing one of their own.
