And no, not surprised. I happen to have read some of the impact of the Bill.

You're also upset with tax credits GIVEN in Bill, yet you're also upset when a tax credit (payroll tax) was allowed to go away.

You can't take both sides of the same argument, unless you just don't understand your own argument.
