That's because he isn't. They haven't decided what he is yet.

Where are you getting yours from? Woodworth supporters are getting their info from the facts that have been presented. Files and documents. Very informative stuff.

When are you going to realize that there will probably not be another trial and that Woodworth will be declared innocent of the crime?

What are they going to use for evidence when the bullet and fingerprint evidence are thrown out?

I think the State only threatened to retry him to satisfy the Robertsons and to let the judge take care of it, mainly to save face for what they have done.

I am hopeful that Mark will be absolved of the crime and that after the hearing next week he will be a free man.

What is this hearing about? Is the judge going to hear the motions concerning the evidence? I thought that kind of thing was just heard during an actual trial. What's this all about?

I had thought so too but apparently once a judge is assigned you can go to work. Very clever way of getting to the heart of the matter and taking the control of the case out of the States hands.

I don't think the town is split, Ronnie Milsap can see that Mark Woodworth is innocent.

Someone should call Dionne Warwick and ask her and her "psychic friends" if a former homecoming queen is headed to a new home on Kelsey Reeter Drive.

First off, its Kelsey Reeter ROAD.

Second, CCC is not on Kelsey Reeter ROAD, its on Litton Road. Kelsey Reeter ROAD is the short road that runs between Highway 65 and the entrance to CCC.

C.C.C. has a bed waiting for her. But first she must go to Vandalia. Where she will get a number behind her name. Assigned a job, that pays 7.50 a mo. Expected to sit up for most counts. And be with other Murders, rapists, child abusers. Told when to go to bed and when to get up. Escorted everywhere she goes after dark. Gets frisk and strip searched, And if she gets on the bad side of other inmates, she might get beat with a lock in a sock. The officers cant see it all. She could even be raped with a mop stick. My guess that might help her remember, not to cover up for herself and the boyfriend. FREE MARK WOODWORth
