A letter about Escandon

Brooklyn, NY

#1 Jun 24, 2012

Dear Governor Christie,

Please read the enclosed two letters that I sent to Chief Justice Stuart Rabner, a letter that I sent to Judge Paul Escandon and other supporting materials.

My daughter, Rachel Alintoff is in the process of getting a divorce from Bryan Alintoff. Judge Escandon has been assigned to the case. His first ruling, as described in my letter to him and to Justice Rabner, was to strip my daughter of all of her parental rights without the due process of a hearing, as prescribed by the law. He also violated the regulation that requires him to set a hearing date that is within 30 days of the temporary ruling.

My daughter’s lawyers twice attempted to have Judge Escandon entertain their motions to correct what was a capricious and self- indulgent ruling that gave no consideration whatsoever to the welfare of a two year child or the rights of his mother. He refused to reconsider his ruling and was subsequently over-ruled by the Appellate Court.

Judge Escandon recently ruled on a long list of issues, many of which were well past a time when they should have been resolved. My daughter has received literally not a dime of support from her husband since the third week in September. Judge Escandon, again with callous disregard for the welfare of a child, allowed absolutely no money for my daughter to provide for the needs of her child. He also prevented her from entering the marital home, where Bryan lives, to obtain winter clothes for her son Hayden and herself.

Judge Escandon’s ruling, as described in the second letter to Justice Rabner, allowed for my daughter to receive $1,157 a month and nothing else. No money for lawyer’s fees, no money to pay back the money she was forced to borrow to support her son and herself for the past 4 months, no means to find the money that her husband has hidden.

Judge Escandon explained his decision by saying “I am not going to reward Rachel Alintoff for not working”. Her husband Bryan is a commodities broker who has earned an average of over $30,000 per month for the past 3 years. My daughter was a stay-at-home wife and caretaker for Hayden by mutual consent.

I am not contacting you merely to complain about a ruling that my family dislikes or believes is unfair. Judge Escandon has indulged himself in a vendetta against my daughter. In doing so

he has violated the laws and regulations as well as paying no attention to the guidelines for what is reasonable and customary.

Judge Escandon has deprived my daughter of due process and the means to continue legal services in order to protect her rights and that of her son. From the beginning of the case he has pursued his own agenda with no thought to justice or adherence to the law or principles he is sworn to uphold.

Judge Escandon has shown himself to be corrupted or caught up in a vendetta against my daughter. There simply cannot be another explanation for his behavior. At this point the only way my grandson and my daughter can obtain a just decision is for Judge Escandon to be removed from her case.

Dear Ms. Alintoff,

Your daugter is a lazy, money grubbing, angry loser. And you are besmerching the name of a hard-working, church going, self made judge. The two of you are shameful sub-humans.

Sub-humans?..please...it is sub-human for a judge to treat the court system as their own personal circus...I know both Rachel and her parents and they are loving caring people with excellent moral beliefs...Why would you say such a thing?...do you know them? do you know what they have been through?...Do you think it's ok for a judge to take a child away from their mother for absolutely no reason...that is sub-human...Clearly you must be emotionally attached to this judge i.e. Partner or child...and you are biased...read his rulings and his cases...he's a monster...I'm sorry to break it you...but that is the truth...

Sorry your baby didn't get what she wanted. Now that the playing field has equalized women should realize that the treatment given to fathers for years may now have to be borne by them. Equality I guess.

Lick your wounds, move on and grow up. Escandon did the right thing.

Yes, anyone who disagrees with the vermin Altinoff family is of course biased! Why would anyone believe that a lazy, alimony addicted criminal like Rachel Altinoff and her deranged mother isn't worthy of pity, when we could just blame the hard working, self-made, son of an immigrant judge who finally stood up to this terrorist? Have you seen the filthy lies that the sub-human Altinoff family has littered the internet with? If Altinoff's terrorism makes me biased, then I am outraged with bias...and proud of it.

If Judge Escandon is such a Saint...Why did they remove his ability to sit on divorce cases going forward?...clearly they reviewed his work and found some pretty bad things...

Gee, I wonder whether it had anything to do with his feckless oveseers overeacting to a internet smear campaign of lies by lazy, alimony addicted spoiled losers? I mean have you seen the lies spewed throughout the internet by this supposed gang? However, we all know that it's far from a gang...it's a couple of squeaky wheels. The good news is that in six months time he'll be right back sitting on divorce cases, as he should.

I think it had more to do with the fact that Judge Escandon seems to think it's ok to give a new stay at home mom, who quit her lucrative job to raise her son properly....1100 usd a month... when her abusive husband makes 50K a month....can u imagine 1100 a month...for rent, food, diapers, insurance etc....in NYC...are you a mother?...you think that's ok?... That's way below the poverty line...and certainly not enough to even survive on...let alone raise a child...he's a bad bad person...

Do you realize that all of rachel's belongings are still at her ex's house?...all of them...clothes, furniture....all of it....all because your hero said she can't pick them up...these are items she brought into the marriage...should she go buy new clothes with her 1100 dollars?...good luck...

In 6 months he will be off the bench entirely...probably mowing lawns...because he will most likely be disbarred...as he should be.

Mowing lawns? Racist much? The TRUTH is that Alitnoff is perfectly capably of supporting herself. In fact, she has a lucrative business. Cry me a river if she can't live off her wages, plus another thousand bucks a month from her ex. She's anything but a sympathetic character. Go check out the internet...Ditmars Brooklyn Patch to be precise. Alitnoff just signed up her precious kid for day care. And lastly, you have a lot of nerve saying that Bryan Alitnoff is abusive. He's in fear of his unstable, venomous wife. He's put up with more than you'll ever know. Judge Paul Escandon knows. And now monster Alitnoff is making him pay for acting judicously. Shame on you.

I'm no racist...and what luctrative business does she have?...she doesn't have any income...she had a business (I know there is still a website but certainly not highly luctrative)...she left that to raise her son...she has no money...she has been leaning on her family...she's not rich...she just filed for bankruptcy...

Just answer these questions...seriously I'm not being sarcastic anymore...

Why did the judge allow for her husband to use martial assets to pay for counsel and not allow Rachel to have paid counsel...that is the norm for divorces...

Why did the judge take-away her son?...only allowing him back through appeal?...before you answer this one...you seem to be personally involved here...and if you are than no matter what you think of Rachel...you know Rachel is an extremely caring mother...so why??

Why did his clerk freely speak to his counsel and not hers?...

Why would Judge Escandon not allow any objection of her counsel not to be heard but would hear any whim from Bryan's?

Why did the judge not even allow her to pick-up her clothes and family hierlooms from the martial home?

all of these things objectively equate to bias...how can you argue that?

Why even after proof of gross negligence did Judge Escandon not even consider removing Bryan's custody?

Why would a judge allow a stay at home mom with a very young child...even if just for the first year or so no more than 1100 usd a month when her husband and supporter (who encouraged her to quit her job to raise their son) makes 50k a month? even for someone with a steady income that is extreme by any measure...

I read all the comments above and I find it very disturbing that a man would do this to his ex and his son.. Even if the marriage was a disaster.. A man still needs to support his son. How can a mother support herself and son on 1100.00 a month?? And also fight a judge that is closed minded?? A normal person would just split everything 50/50 down the middle and move on with there lives and try to raise the child the best way possible. That's what normal people do... No need to destroy a innocent childs life. That's what's going to happen.

Protest against Escandon

Brooklyn, NY

#14 Sep 1, 2012
There is a protest scheduled for September 24th 2012 at 9:00 am
across from Monmouth County Courthouse to speak out against what Judge Paul Escandon is doing to women and children through his illegal rulings on the bench
Shame on you Judge Lawson for letting Judge Escandon ignore New Jersey Laws and Federal Laws as well. Do your job Judge Lawson.
We are coming as a large group to speak out in front of the MEDIA and we will be heard. Judge Escandon can not continue to victimize women and set aside the best interest and welfare
of children for his own political gain.

A protest scheduled for 9am, on a Monday morning? Don't any of you lazy, alimony addicted, losers have jobs? Why not start working and build a life for yourself? Does anyone really believe that this whole thing isn't about one, loud-mouth loser, with bad taste in men and horrible lawyering? Instead of cultivating bitterness and blaming Lawson or Escandon, take a look in the mirror and do something about your own pathetic life. Stop crying and start working.

You are just one closed minded person to call these women lazy.. Maybe the ex's should take a look at themselves in the mirror and see what they are doing to innocent kids. Like I stated in my previous post, everything should be split 50/50 and both move on with your lives.

The NJ judicial system is a joke...It's time for a change...no judge should have the power to ruin children's lives...I hope to see Judge Escandon publicly disgraced and I'm sure if we dig a little deeper we will find many criminal actions...I honestly think he should be held financially liable for all the pain he has caused to further his own discriminatory agenda...Just losing his job is not enough...but at many least women and children would be safe from him!

This letter is to inform you that the Ocean County N.J. Court system is currently in violation of the United States Constitution.
Under the First , Ninth & Fourteenth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution.
People are granted the God given rights to Freedoms of speech, life, liberty & the pursuit of happiness.

Ocean County Officials are taking these rights away. In failing to enforce the parental rights of
__________ as she has requested on numerous occasions.
Also by failing to objectively review the financial facts comparatively.

__________ income resource is limited due to her disability.____ also feels that this is a discrimination & bias towards her. She collects Social Security Disability benefits. She has motioned the court on many occasions to notify of the severe discrepancies of income.
To which she was denied. Please refer to NJ cases: Aiesha Robinson vs Eric Leonard & Burns vs Edwards.
Mr _______has significant employment ability.
These substantial differences must be taken into consideration, and can not continued to be ignored.
Current NJ Law dictates , that Parents also have the right to maintain relationships with their child.

In their failure to objectively compare economic circumstances. They are denying US Constitutional rights specifically first , ninth & fourteenth amendments. Causing undue stress, grief and severe irreversible emotional trauma.
Not only to __________ but also to all three of her sons.
In their failure to hear her pleas for enforcement of her Parental rights. They are once again causing
undue stress, grief and severe irreversible emotional trauma.
The consequences are undeniable.
Neither ____, his mother or his siblings will ever have the chance of true familial happiness.
This is directly caused by the actions of Ocean County, & other N.J. officials.

Deprivation of rights by Ocean County officials are biased in the fact that she is economically challenged , due to her physical disability. Further deprivation of rights include, that the court has in fact never taken the children's best interests into consideration. When an Ocean County court officer,
notified the court of her observations, she & her findings & report were dismissed. Those findings explained the best interests of the children. It also defined the many abuses that ____ was deliberately inflicting. Letters that were submitted from the staff of The Provindence House were mysteriously misplaced & never included in the files. That information showed the affects of the recurring domestic abuse & assaults towards Ms _____& all three of the boys.

It also should be noted that other NJ Officials are violating Ms ____'s U.S. Constitutional Rights.

The following others have been notified & are ignoring , dismissing these facts:
Mr Chris Christie , Mr Jeffrey Chisea, Sen.Mendez, Marlene Lynch Ford, Patricia Roe, James Blaney, Cynthia Wurst, Off.Luis Brignola and others yet to be named.

Other violations include the failure to investigate, the criminal acts that _____ is/has been committing. Specifically :(N.J.S.A. 2C:13-1b(1) to (3).

Thank you in advance for your time & consideration to these matters.
Sincerely,
On her Side

I used to be friedns with Ms. Alintoff and she is not what some of you are describing. Rachel has always worked hard, she is very artistic and very caring. Her son belongs with her for sure. She comes from a good background, and has a good family. I know them for over 20 years. Her ex is a loser, and if any judge heard their situation, they would never give her ex custody. She is an exellent home maker and does not deserve to get only $1100 a month from the @$$hole. She is caring for his child - very well - and they deserve better. He should be ashamed of himself for not supporting his child properly.
