that is what was going on in ca until ,it was said to be racist so the traitors in office caved so they give 15 minutes for them to have a licensed driver get the car,seems the perfect time for another ticket for the other driver for no insurance. yet they don't.

same thing was said when the cops pulled folks over to check for insurance.
