Hey Lady snoop..
You have got to be kidding me with your post. "FRee al the homies". These "homies" as you put it are there for a reason. I bet if were up to you all your homies could do anything they want at any time and not get arrested. I'm down for that if California would let every law abiding citizen cary a gun. That way if they "homies" beacame a threat you could dump a clip in them and it would save the tax payers of CA a bunch of money. If ever there were a gun battle between "the homies" and law abiding citizens your beloved "homies would see their last day on this earth.

Lawman, my son is in Salinas Valley SP and I have not heard from him for 2 months now, since the lay offs. I am very worried. Can you help me? Please write to [email protected] and thanks. I wrote to an ambudsman who only told me to "be patient".

I agree with the last post. Free the low level prisoners. My son is there because he has a drinking problem and suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Syndrom from seeing his 18 month son drown.
What he needs is help and and has asked for it repeatedly and the help he gets is prison.

I believe that not all inmates get a fare deal to begin with, the younger they are there should be other rehab programs for them really if there crimes were induced behind drugs or physiological problems. People need help not just locked up. If a person is young and has never been to prison before, I believe that they need to be re evaluated , even after they have done a year clean. Sometimes violence is induced by drugs, hurt feeling, immaturity, insecurity. And every young person needs a chance. I have ran recovery homes for 7 years. Helped addicts over come not only drugs but violence as well.
Also some of the older inmates that are really trying to do there time as well as the younger should be given another chance. Life is so valuable.
I am sincerely praying for these prisoners. Then there are those who need compassion releases. They have way served there time. I have watched men and women get a couple years for murdering their babies, or even killing another adult. Then watch the state throw away the key on other inmates that are really trying everything to get home. I hope our system will do away with the 3 strike law altogether, it is so unfair
