So he's out on "bail" (the arraignment is coming), happy to see him make the rounds with this hanging over his head.

PS: why one judge laughs, another judge can easily overrule. And that is why the laughing judge was overruled within a day.

He's not even close to being a felon. The district attorney's office in Texas are pissed because Gov. Perry had the audacity to call out one of their own for drunk driving. Gov. Perry should stick it out and force Democrats to either give up or look like fools in a public trial.

You do realize wonderful Sweden has a suicide rate of 19.2 per 100,000,or over 50% higher then the USA rate of 12 per 100,000. And according to you liberals the USA suicide rate is all do to guns being everywhere(While Sweden has typical European gun laws). So if it so much better why are so many people killing themselves?

NOW is the time for Perry to spill the beans about the illegal-alien in our Whitehouse.

No its very relevent. This lawsuit is over Rick Perry trying to get Rose Mary Lemberg to resign as she is an embarressment to ALL public servants.
In the past the Democrats would all be on record as trying to get her to resign and none would jump to her defense. They would all be acting as to be ashamed of her.
Im just wondering why Democrats are jumping to her defense in drove?

Let's put Perry in the same jail cell as Wilson, the police officer who kills children and give them both guns. In fact let's give guns to all in prison and see who comes out alive.

Hey, maybe this is a good thing. Obama could use the same procedures to get the USSC justices to resign, then we could put decent people on the court.

Lehmberg needs professional help for her drinking and anger problems.
Even the Democrats are reluctant to support her tantrum.
Certainly, her career as a public servant is cut short.
God willing, she will get the help she needs and find a way to seek forgiveness.

It's still a matter of the tactics used by Perry to get rid of her.

And by the way, if your criterion is embarrassment to public servants, Rick Perry should be a bag boy in my local supermarket.

If a Supreme court Justice was caught drunk and tried to use his authority as a Judge to abuse the arresting Officers, I would agree that he should resign or be impeached.
But here is how I differ from Liberals. I may not like some of the rulings and opinions of the four Liberal justices, but I would oppose their removel from the Court ,except for illegal activity.
In a free society people are allowed to have their own beliefs and opinion and I would never impose my belief on others.. So I guess I cannot be a liberal.

He is charged with two felonies.

That makes it closer than if he had not been ARRESTED.

AS has already been pointed out: Gov. Perry did not choose to call his two previous friends out or ask for their resignation but he did call for the resignation of someone investigating his office.

The fish stinks from the head.

PS: Did you enjoy the video of Perry drunken speech made in RI when he was running for POTUS last time?
