Guard faces jail over rail death

A railway guard is facing jail after being convicted of causing the death of a drunken teenager who fell under a train.

He is guilty by negligence: he gave the signal for the train to depart when a passenger was at risk of being hurt.

Merseyrail has a great training scheme for their guards and they are highly professional, the girl was under the influence of drugs and alcohol at the age of 15 or 16 this happened as a consequence of being so, she deserves no sympathy.

dont wish to sound harsh But we all should take some personal resposabity for our actions and not blame eveyone eles
if it wasnt a train could have been a road vehicle
or fall down the steps?

as far as rio what would his responce be if it was a coloured gentleman?? Clearly he doesnt like the UK Perhaps he wants to leave us
