So does this mean that the planning board is going to stop approving the building of really steep roads that the developer tries to pass off as driveways?

i am not against building, just irresponsible planning and building. RR is not the only one who is less than honorable. perhaps a truly balanced review and mature oversight might one day come to be in BL. let's not throw the good building out with the bad, and give the contractors a fair shake all the while protecting the environment.
