As a former native of Sanquhar now living in the U.S.A I am all to familiar with UNESCO. By designating Galloway and south Ayrshire a "biosphere" (whatever that means) The country is basically giving up its sovereignty and its ability to decide what it does with the land.
For instance in the Yellowstone area UN officials declared the area around the park a "buffer zone" which meant limited access to private property, lack of maintenance on highways and buying up of property, all of this having an affect on the local economy .
At her installment as Secretary-General of UNESCO in October 2010, Irina Bokova stated:
“I am convinced of the need for global governance, founded on universal ethics, in order to take up these common challenges.”
Global governance?? kind of flies in the face of an "Independent Scotland" dont you think?
Wake up Scotland , the globalists have already stole much of the U.S.A under the guise of rubbish like "biospheres"
Stand up to and question anybody involved in these programs, its your country not theirs!
