Catholic Orphanage - 1920s history or records?

Does anyone have any info as to where I might find the records of the orphanage?

My late mum-in-law was raised there, but that's as much info as we know of her history - hoping that records exist somewhere still..

It appears that mum may have lived at the Nazareth House.

im trying to find out about a orphange in willenhall west midlands were my hubbys mom was in the 1922s up or if any 1 knows any 1 searching for a vera doreen finney born in 1922 august so desperate to find some thing email [e-mail] please help x

I was adopted in 1951 from Nazereth House In Middlesbrough. Birth Mother's Name was Teresa Gunn. Birth fathers name Albert Hugill. They would be in thier 80's now. Anybody out there that can tell me more ???

you should get in touch with Hammersmith Nazareth House they have all records

hammersmith nazareth house keeps all the records of childrens adoptions hope this helps

For everyone....try catholic care in Leeds. I believe they may have details of all adoptions, etc. Good luck
