i would like to say so much on these matters but i feel like not doing so for all it does is gives people in authority something else to give lip service about and actually do nothing,stop being scared and stand up for the good citizens not the dregs who think we all owe them something,no excuse is good enough for carrying a weapon period,anyone who makes an excuse for it is as guilty as the one who stabs or shoots,youths seem to think the sentances are a badge of honour to boast about well let them boast when 10 -20 years have gone with them in jail,many do gooders say that wont solve nothing ,how do they know there heads are so far seperated from the reality of the pain and hurt these dregs cause and fear they bring,these dregs are of no value to anyone or anything but as they get older they will calm down and put that behind them ,and think ive changed and all is forgiven,we need to change the mindset of all potential gangmembers real sentances=real deterrants stupid sentances =something to brag about wise up people
