Absolutely agree - and Lewes is one of the worst places for this behaviour with confusing parking arrangements, over zealous ticketers and clampers and far too few places to park - especially near the County Records Office.

I agree, I am disabled and just because my wheel was touching the yellow hatch I got a ticket. I was not obstructing anyone and thought the hatches were there to help the disabled with more space to make it easlier to get in and out especially when they are only one side and cars are parked just on the white line the other side.
