Once again the poor Hispanci man is a victim. Isn't it funny that his lawyer said "Mr. Muniz always shows up for his court date", wouldn't this imply that he is in violation of the law quite frequently. Also, why does this man carry a knife with him. Not to stereotype but don't we always hear of this sort of behavior from a certain type of people. Anyway, he'll get away with doing no time so what is the use of bringing this up anyway.

With all the witnesses that were there, it fairly obvious as to what occurred in the altercation. There is such a thing as the bigger man walking away and more people need to consider and use it. Violence never has and never will solve anything.

No innocent man violently resists arrest. Especially if he has a record, he knows that if he is innocent he'll be fine. This should be his last offense since he deserves jail for the rest of his life. Go join your loser kind behind bars.

Here's a perfect example of when someone should be sent to jail for a very long time. Unfortunately, in a few months we'll be reading about Muniz being sentenced to probation, or maybe some nominal time in jail. We may also be reading about the loss of Hot Shotz liquor license.

Wow, this could been easly the 4th murder up at Hot Shotz. These three men are very lucky not to have been killed and how about the guy who shot at this place sending a bullet into the bar!!

This guy needs to go away, I don't buy his story!

Don't shut it down yet. I plan to take my elderly parents out for a few drinks and this seems like the perfect spot.

Cool! Have 'em do it at Hot Shotz. Then it can be business as usual and they can have yet another incident involving the police there.

The pain & suffering of the wounded victims is bad enough, but the sad part of this incident is all the money & resources wasted on a bar room brawl.

Police, DA's, judges, court officers, clerks ... all at taxpayer's expense. How much will it cost for medical fees for the stabbing victims, the ambulance, the emergency personnel, the hospital and ICU? Add the cost of the Leominster Police, jails, and court system.

Very expensive night out for the taxpayers of Leominster.

Two of the three kids I know personally are punks. They probably started the fight but didn't deserve to get stabbed. No one does....

If this man gets off on self defense, he is gonna need some US Marshalls to protect his ass. There are so many people who are just waiting to pee in this dudes mouth. Also it isn't the bar owners fault because people listen to a 50 cent song and think that they can stab/shoot people and get away with it. Do they honestly think that the LPD has something better to do with their time?

I know one of the victims who was badly injured and he is a great kid. How dare this ghetto piece of crap that did this claim self defense. Nice try, loser.

It's time for all you 25 year old adolescents to get the Hell out of those crap hole bars and get your lives together. None of you should be in those places to begin with. Your all just looking for a fight and your next stop will be hard jail time. Wake up and get a life!

He WAS NOT acting in self defense he was coked up and attacked the boys for no reason. What you should really be printing is how the real victims are recovering and the damge this has done to theier life. This paper should try checking the facts before printing blatant lies!!!
