Traffic circles are less expensive in the long run for all of society! For those that can't handle them it is time to turn in your liescence and walk. For those that hit other peoples vehicles in the traffic circle pay all dammages!

A rotary is too dangerous in that area. People go flying through the one we have now. Since this area is right near the bike path and a school, there are a lot of pedestrians and people on bicycles.

There are many of us who understand that you "yield to rotary traffic". However, there are some that don't know this or they simply do not care because apparently they are in a great rush to get where they are going.

A light would be much safer and it will slow people down that fly down Electric Ave.

Reading the news last week the Police Chief has cops at intersections with traffic lights because they are dangerous, well what is it?

Is it more dangerous with lights or without?

Is the bottom line the city needs more cops to do some work at intersections?

Seems like more money spent on a study for what?

How about taking the 95 K hire a cop and make him give out tickets at this intersection

That intersection is more dangerous as it is and wouldn't be any better with a rotary. If a cop sat there to hand out tickets he would end up having to direct traffic because anyone turning left off of Rollstone would be stuck because they wouldn't risk cutting people off - which is basically what people have to do during busy times.

Those intersections with lights that are "dangerous" already would be 100 times worse if there were no lights.

I would say that making it harder to get a license would help to make driving less dangerous around here but that wouldn't do it.

There are a ton of people who don't know HOW to drive, but even more who don't care about anyone but themselves and their destination is more important than anyone else's. Until people start becoming less self absorbed nothing can be done.

This intersection is long overdue. There are 6 lanes of traffic entering the intersection at any given point. And with people stopping into Cumberland Farms, it's pretty tricky to get through.
