Someone was, clearly, watching over these two children. My thoughts and prayers are with Peter, Mary and their family. I am so grateful to hear that they are both doing well, and hope they continue to recover quickly. Miracles do happen!!

Jim and Beth are the first to offer kindness to others in need, it's nice to see so many now giving back to this family. You worry every time your children are out and pray for the angels to watch over them. Your family has certainly shared a miracle! You are all in our thoughts & prayers.

who cares where Jimmy Adams works. Parents need to keep a closer eye on childen, none of this would happen to my children.

It always amazes me how people think they are perfect parents and have perfect children who won't and will never make mistakes. I don't think you should judge these children or their parents until you have walked in their shoes or have all the facts.

The nerve of you to say that! You should be ashamed for even thinking that! How dare you take a shot at the Adam's family like that when they are going through this. I am disgusted!

Jim and family- I am so glad to hear that Peter and Mary are doing better...you are all in my thoughts and prayers. As for "disgusted"- I wonder how he/she can judge- unless one keeps their children at home all the time, then things can and do happen- it is NOT a matter of keeping a closer eye- Jim and Beth are terrific parents, who allowed their children to go out...that says a lot that an older brother would take his younger sister with him...that shows the kindness that this family possesses..."disgusted " needs to get a life and not spend time putting others down and thinking he/she is perfect!!!

You should be ashamed of yourself for saying such a horrible thing. Didn't your parents teach you that if you don't have a kind word to say you shouldn't say anything? Next time why don't you think before you type!!!

God does work to remind us how precious life is, we are so glad Peter and Mary are going to be OK. Miracles do happen everyday when we have faith, and it is clear to see that your family is a shining example God's faith. We hope your family will be reunited at home soon!

It is amazing how well these two have recovered. Also, that just weekd before this horrible incident, Mary Adams appeared in local school, St. Anthony, and said hello to former teachers.
Get well soon.
