Why are they apologizing for a criminal's actions? Mental illness does not make anybody run over people and kill them. What the NHS calls substandard mental illness or other medical care is what most of the planet lives with as its care. Their people are not running over others and killing them. That's a load of rubbish. Cheers!

The actions were not those of a criminal, but a person with a mental illness. Yada's reaction is precisely why nobody with any mental impairment should ever be extradited to the USA under any circumstances whatsoever
