When will they build in areas in serious need of development, and injection of prosperity derived from industry such as the North East.? Whilst this part of England becomes derelict after having enjoyed and lost industry and skills to be proud of for over 2 centuries, with high unemployment, and streets full of deserted houses,it seems developers and councils alike have the shortsighhtedness to pick on areas that are just about holding their own with regard to local infrastructure supporting each other. How easy can it be to add more development to a successful area, resulting in an overstretched situation with regard to local resources, thus turning it into another deprived area. We just HAVANT got the room and the council officials who should support our views, just HAVANT got a care in the world when it comes to making money for themselves.
