The UK flag includes the st patricks cross. No mention of that from the pseudo irish. The whitewashing of history is a favourite of theirs but the museums do not lie the preference for violence is shown on the wall of shame. the chattering classes will sell out the uk for a pot of cash if we let them. this shite is the work of the men with beards at the garden parties drunk on power and wine with an education which tells them to mock the sacrifice of their countrymen to their own populace.
Aka Jason aka rocky aka humberous, your at your bullshit lying again, the Union Jack nor Union Flag has no reference whatsoever to the British occupied 6 counties.
Furthermore all my blobby fat has been well-paid for on my own past endeavours, with no British or Northern Irish taxpayers input.

Moreover your kind, are always banging on about how the Catholic Nationalist community supposedly sponge of the British state, when the stats prove otherwise.
Not only are many within your community collecting large British militia pensions, from times gone by, eg RUC, UDR, B-SPECIALS, CUSTOMS OFFICIALS, PORT OFFICIALS, PRISON OFFICERS,ETC, ETC,--- many are also collecting likewise super pensions from the high placed civil service jobs that they were to keep for there sectarian themselves during there dinosaur discriminatory days, while numerous others are also collecting huge pensions from this very generous period in history for Protestants, whenever they would solely look after there own in regards to "Governmental" jobs.
Brutal fact, also today, numerous young drug addicted Protestants are milking the system for what they can get while apparently they are more work shy than there Catholic counterparts.
Addiction is a terrible thing!!!

the "union jack" is only flown at sea when you're on land its the "union flag" and who gives a tot ffs the tricolour wasn't allowed to be flown in kilkeel and you didn't see us on tv making a big deal its just a flag. I'm from a mixed marriage so before anyone starts talking crap I'm fully aware of the trials and tribulations of both sides. The sooner ppl get over their religious beliefs and realise that we're only here once and we should all get along the better Ireland as a whole will be
Im not knocking your thoughts, infact I agree with you except for,,,, IT'S JUST A FLAG. In various trouble spots around the world people tear flags down and burn them and then replace them with their own, it's all about what a flag represents.

Ok valid point I accept that and at the minute I don't really see a way around it except to create a universal flag but then you who's to say anyone would go for it?

I may well be wrong,,, but I think most folks just want to get on with their lives regardless of nationality. Problem is that all countries have minoritys that like to stir up trouble on either religious grounds, money, or polotics,, they throw in a bit of propoganda laced with greed and hate and hey presto the masses often fall for it. Of course I fully acknowledge that my government has done some terrible things over the centuries,, all connected to money and the people that really pull the strings.
