Re: Application for Student Visa by Mansur RUZMETOV

I am writing to ask for your assistance in this matter.Mansur RUZMETOV is an Uzbeki who presently works for the Uzbek government as an adminstrative assistant.This role involves extentive dialogue ,communication and negotiation in the International arena where the dominant language is English .For this reason ,it is vital for Mansur to perform his duties effectively that he has very good mastery of the English language .This would be best achieved in this country where he could not only attend an appropriate course but also immerse himself in the culture and way of life to get a holistic understanding .

Mansur’s application for a visa has been refused .Copied of his application and refusal are attached .Mansur’s twin brother (Muzaffar RUZMETOV ) however , who has the same family , and similar financial background has already been granted a student visa and is currently studying here . The refusal, which is essentially financial grounds, therefore seems inconsistent and unfair.

Please could you look at this matter and advise of any assistance and support you are able to provide .I am grateful to you for your attention to this matter .
