Supermarket 'would bleed shops dry'
By Katie Ollier A new Sainsbury's out of town food store in Alsager would 'bleed the town centre shops dry', according to supermarket rival the Co-operative. The proposed development by Lagan , is made up of a food store, petrol station and 400 homes at the Twyford's site on Lawton Road.Full Story

alsager has got no town only hair dressers take aways and a awfull co op the prices are high the staff are misserable and takes ages to serve you i think aldi would have been a better choice supermarket but any thing is better than that awfull co op

don't forget the charity shops, totally agree, there's nothing here. You have to travel to creweski or stoke for any half decent shops.
