I will be a tour guide for a group of Americans touring English Gardens in mid Septmeber. We are scheduled to spend time in Chipping Campden and Bouton-on-th-Water (or did it become: "Bouton-under-th-Water "). I would appreciated knowing if these town have shops and restaurants that have had to close due to flood damage. And are the following towns dry and fully operational: Broadway, Stow-on-the-Wold, Chipping Norton? Your information will be most helpful. Thank you.
