the recent programme 'Imagine' featuring David Hockney was wonderful.
I was familiar with his paintings but didn't know much about the man. I love the fact that even after living in Los Angeles for thirty years he has kept his wonderful Yorkshire accent. In the programme he came across as a man of integrity and I liked that! What a treat to see him working. Happy Birthday David Hockney, and many more of them.

I live a few minutes walk from the Hockney gallery and have grown to admire his work.
