Man charged in starved dog case

A man has been charged after a dog was tied to a barbed wire fence and left to starve in Angus.

Its about time the courts took animal cruelty at this level seriously.Lifetime Ban, community service, low sentence...NONE OF THESE will compensate for the suffering that poor dog endured
