Yeah he's the only one I remember managing them I only grew up in the 1990's like. I think it was, sure Cork City went out of business there in 2010, the supporters group FORAS started up a new Cork City in Division 1 they just got promoted last season. Shamrock Rovers aswell nearly went bust a few years back and the supporters took it over, Rovers hadn't got a stadium for 22 years (which we had a lot of fun slagging) then they got Tallaght finally built, won the league twice in a row, qualified for the Europa league etc. As much as I dislike them have to say fair play to the fans they have certainly got their rewards for saving the club.....
Any full time teams in NI? Or are they all semi-pro?
All semi-pro,but some teams have a few full time players on the books.Trevor Anderson was the Linfield manager before Jeffreys.Anderson played for Man Utd for a while.

Same down here I think Shamrock Rovers are fully pro and probably Sligo aswell. Used to be a few teams who were fully pro but hard times at the moment. Alright whats the story with the league up there though is it only Linfield and Glentoran who get a look in? Fenlon who manages Hibs at the moment spent a few years playing at Linfield aswell....Good player
