A simple concept : If you take someone into custody, you are now responsible for their health and well being.
If they die while in police custody, then it's on you.
So no matter how it's cut, the police are responsible.
Here's another simple concept ......if a police officer tells you that you are under arrest, yoU go to court and settle it there. You would think this dead criminal would know this ( after his prior 30+ arrest history ) instead of playing it up for WORLDSTAR.

Yeah Eric that worked out real well for ya you dead dumb whale

I looked at the video a number of times and still don't think that it was a "chokehold", however you define that term. It looked to me like a neckhold takedown, not a "chokehold", which compresses the trachea until the person loses consciousness. Garner was still conscious when he hit the ground, as evidenced by his complaining that he couldn't breath. If his trachea was compressed and he really couldn't breathe, and thus lost consciousness, he wouldn't be able to speak at all, would he?

Garner should have known better than to resist arrest, given his extensive criminal history and poor physical condition. If Garner had simply complied, he would be alive today.

Let's face it. They are not going to change. Just avoid them as much as possible. What can we do. We are damned if we do, and damned if we don't.

They just want a lot of money to go to the casino and the car dealer. All they see is dollar signs. They don't care.

It's sad what happened and they are never going to understand to respect and not resist arrest. Its just not gonna happen. Lets face it.

You can view the footage as many times as you wish, but it's still a chokehold that was applied to Garner.
What crime was he committing at the time that consisted of "resisting arrest?"
I saw no crime he was committing.
When did you become a pathologist to come to the conclusion that no chokehold was applied when the medical examiner said it was a chokehold?

Why don't you go fight ISIS as a "patriotic American" so that not only can you satisfy your violent tendencies as history dictates, but also satisfy your racist tendencies as well?
