About time he was caught for doing this by Tewkesbury itís just a shame that Cheltenham Borough Council after receiving dozens of reports of him operating in Cheltenham did not attempt to catch him, then again Cheltenham Borough Council couldnít catch their own a$$ with both hands even if they had a mirror. Well done to Tewkesbury Borough Licencing department.
