Why would his parents bring him to America and its healthcare system?

Proton Therapy must not be cutting edge technology.

but dont they have nationalized healthcare? the system our government and bleeding heart sheeple think is so great? why would they leave that to come here with our "barbaric" health care system? could it be because national health care systems actually suck ass?
