I think, anyone who considers to undergo hip replacement should understand its potential complications. I think they should make some research about hip replacements and most importantly, discuss this matter to a doctor. For further information, you may refer at http://www.depuypinnaclelawsuit.com .

As far as I know, at least at the start of this year, most NHS trusts are still using the metal replacements. Looks as if there may be quite a few compensation claims to come if this one takes off

A number of plaintiffs against hip replacement manufacturers were increasing due to the side effects and complications associated with it. It is advisable that patients who undergo hip surgery has enough knowledge and information about the device. Read http://www.rotlaw.com/hip-replacement-lawsuit...

Around 90% of all hip implants may be expected to last 15 years or more based on actual findings. But recent reports have shown that complications have resulted from the use of metal to metal hip replacements similar to DePuy hip systems that required revison surgeries after only a few years. These complications may be considered very serious and revision surgeries may come out vey costly and more dangerous. To know more about these complications and options available to victims, you may visit http://www.depuyasrhiplawsuit.com

There are certain risks to every treatment or surgery. However, serious risks that may be causing a great impact to a patient's life is a different story. Some articles I've read on the internet including this one http://news.yahoo.com/depuy-asr-lawsuit-hip-i... and it appears as though crippling pain is not part of what hip implants have been devised.

More and more people are complaining of complications from hip devices, some of them are subsequently looking for an attorney who could represent them in a legal case. In th e middle of these controversies, Johnson and Johnson is apparently under the spotlight as a hip replacement case against the company is currently on deliberation. Even the government is already looking into how the company has been marketing their hip devices, as featured in this report http://globalnewsonline.org/legal-news/rotten... I found online.

I know someone who was refused a hip replacement because they were gay, although we can not prove it as the hospital says another reason, being a gay was the real reason, filthy homophobes.x

If there is one thing that history has taught us, there is no dialogue..no debate..no discussions to be had with racists and fascists...They must be defeated and driven off our streets!
