Author Anthony Louis von Zeil has privately published a 200 odd page A5 format first biography of Arthur Owen Vaughan alias Owen Rhoscomyl. The book is not yet available in Wales. Aspects of his interesting life were researched on three continents, including his South African War connections, hitherto not described. He can be contacted at for more information.
