SPLM urges southern Sudanese in Uganda not to boycott voter registration
November 16, 2010 JUBA a ' Southern Sudanese living in neighboring Uganda have begun registering to vote in the regiona TMs independence referendum in January after conflicting messages over whether the exercise would be boycotted.

Boycotting elections is not for all,though some igorant south sudanese may boycott.
And i also urge the concerns to be very serious with other ugandans who will reister and not votting otherwise it affacts so much,andt succesion of southerners may not be successfull
