Who does Museveni actually call wrongdoers? If anything, its his own people who are in the centre of these so-called wrongdoers i.e. rampant corruption, favouritism in the government establishment(s) around the country, so such stern warning(s) should be addressed to them (his own people) in Kampala or Mbarara not in Arua, West Nile. If its a threat to West Nilers then he is only threatening himself. How many threats & suffering have the West Nilers been through already? Theyve seen it all the good, the bad and the ugly so his threats will make no difference to West Nilers. Likewise, West Nile MPs leader(s) who act as buffers for Museveni to advance his oppression can expect reprisals if they do so
