26-10-2009 15:32 There is only one accused - father of these children, and there are no other accused or suspects in case of debauchery of youth at Artek
This is what the PGO press-service reported. The Prosecutor General's Office made a statement that a real accused in the debauchery of youth case has been in custody for two months yet.
The Prosecutor General's Office (PGO), where the case on debauchery of youth has been removed to from the Interior Ministry on October 24, says there is only one accused - a father of these children, and there are no other accused or suspects in that case. According to the PGO, it has decided to investigate into the case as it is a very high-profile one.
What about those 3 ukrainian parlament members - is there some investigation going on? Are they pro-Yushchenko or not? May there be pressure from the Government on investigation, like in Gongadze case?

The three are not being charged with anything yet. The investigation is still ongoing. You made a nice try to make an accusation that the three were linked to Yanukovich and are being attacked.
The fact is that they are linked to Tymoshenko's party so if an attackis being made-- who is making it??

Stepped in it that time didn't you?
