Russian language, and any language(example Tatarian, turkish, greek, latin, etc) is plus.

The minorities are very big plus.

Ukraine to become leader need to have freedom, to be multiculture, and to make and english the second official language.

English would make sense as it is rapidly becoming the universal business languge. Of course Putin would have a fit because makng Russian official gets his foot a little further into the door of absorbing Ukraine. I wonder how much Yanu and the Rada made under the counter on this deal?

You should see all the foreign languages floating around O'Hare airport. Sometimes I could even find someting in English. BTW if you want to see pushiness at its extreme watch the East Indians trying to jump all the lines. I even saw some who were visitors trying to ram their way onto the Citizen and Resident line at immigration. And they talk about ugly Amricans. HaH.
