Russia denies talks on purchase of missile cruiser from Ukraine. .

Russia is currently not involved in talks with Ukraine over the purchase of an unfinished missile cruiser for the Russian Navy, Russia's state arms exporter Rosoboronexport said on Tuesday.

Ukraine should not sell this thing to the Russians. Russia can use this vessel one day to strike at Ukraine. Ukraine should finish it and keep or jointly operate iut with another friendly country like Poland or Czech Republic.

Given Russia's performance in a "High Speed Trip" from the Baltic Fleet to Somalia to fight Pirates (what is it now two weeks transit time?) I doubt that, even with a modern cruiser, they would even be able to FIND Ukraine.
