According to the lastest index of nations' properity Russia came in at postion 69. Poor (according to you) Ukraine came in at #61. Doesn't that kind of negate your post?(or are you operating in "my mind is made up, don't confuse me with facts" mode?

The word "signals' would be much better replace dwith the word "Creates" :)
