So nice to see such close cooperation and friendly relations between Kyiv and Moskva. You would never know from reading topix. What would it do to the local economy in Sevastopol if its port facilities were not being used?

Is Serious question! Sevastopol's Beautiful port facilities will be replaced as home of the Russian Black Sea fleet. Novorossiysk facilities will be completed by 2020?! What then? Will life in Sevastopol become less prosperous?

When the Black Sea Fleet moves in, does Sevastopol become a "closed city" once again as it was during the Soviet era?

Yup! While based there, Sevastopol was a city closed to outsiders and now it's not. Some Russian naval ships are in port for "liberty" calls but the Fleet is not unless things have changed in the last 5 months.

Less properous? No! The brothels will flourish. The economy becomes first world.

Brothels will flourish when the fleet leaves!? How so? Where will first world money come from?

You are as smart as a sack of hammers with a reading comprehension one grade below that of neanderthal man. I said that with a return of the Russian Black Sea Fleet to the Sevastopol base there could be a flourishing of brothels to "service" the sailors. Similar to what occurred around the US naval base at Subic Bay in the Philippines.

Also, I did not say first world money but first world economy and you obviously did not get the tongue in cheek sarcasm of that comment.
