Taiwan must suck it up. Their fishermen made a mistake when they wandered into Philippine territory, and they even have the nerve to ram a civilian ship tasked to protect and enforce the laws of the Philippines.

because a bigger warship believed to be Chinese where coming to the rescue thats why and the the PHL has no credible warship. lol so this is like hit and run tactic from PHL coastguard against a superior enemy, it makes sense though.

Sorry to budge in. In the eyes of the Chinese Pinoys are next to 3rd world Indo countries such as Pakistan, Bangladesh and India.

You spread your diaspora around the world using cheap labor as an excuse.

The PSG is even a civilian ship with just a 30mm gun and Philippine Navy ships are equiped with a 76mm guns which will make boats like the Taiwanese Fishing Vessel disapear from existence.

it is time our military should modernize itself like taiwan. our military generals should not pocket money intended for modernization like what a PMA general did (General Garcia). We should buy warships jet fighters, missiles and atomic bomb if needed

The pinoys themselves eat fetuses called "balut" and they accuse the Taiwanese of eating it?

Hypocrites!

Mind you, the philippines is a hidden muslim country. By majority they have close to over 90% Catholics but they still celebrate the Muslim holiday Eid.

Many Pinoys hold fake or bought degrees and act as if they know a lot. NATO - No Action Talk Only.

People who BS a lot so take little care with their words.

First of all be informed that the Philippine coast guard killed was a Taiwanese from your friendly and democratic Taiwan.
Secondly the people who will feel the pain are not the Peoples Republic of China but the thousands of Filipino workers in HK, Macau and Taiwan if these continues to escalate.
Thirdly, a racist like you would only do more harm to the hard working Filipinos everywhere.
Stop responding that ignorant racist amscammer. His/Her uneducated brain couldn't tell the difference between Taiwan and China, let alone the political tussle that trails this tragic event, or how Chinese government would possibly take advantage of it.

The hard truth is that Philippine is a sadly corrupted country. Its policeman will offer to sell his badge to a total stranger. Its government can do nearly nothing when their coast guard committing maritime piracy, which is a prevailing phenomenon that torments Taiwanese fishermen for more than a decade.
No intent to harm the ego of Filipinos here. But if you choose to believe the lies that a fishing boat could have rammed a armed coast guard with no hard evidence, plainly naive!!

even in more educated circles of flips youre not going to find too many that understand the us/tai/chin relationship. fact is youre not going to find very many here that are college grads that have an education much past the level of a western high school grad. im being generous.

their naivte`and immaturity is off the scale when it comes to the reality of the world.

ever been around ofws and wonder why they are so silent all the time? they just cant relate to the world. they just cant get out of that box.

this is very true , the corruption in Philippines is unbelievable and totally out of control.
my personal experience :

1. a taxi i boarded violated traffic rule and stop by a traffic police.the driver don't have any money to pay the bribe . in end up the police escort me all the way back home so that i can pay the taxi fare and receive 100peso(2.5usd) bribe from the taxi driver.

2. me and my friend stop by police at a check point , one police officer demand us to empty our pocket to show them. we are allow to left afterwards , only to find out 10000 peso of our cash missing.

unbelievable , both incident happened in their safest , richest city Makati , can't imagine how serious the situation in other not so protected place in Philippines.

thanks to the taiwanese media's non-stop serial reporting and dpp talk show many filipinos are now experiencing being threatened, refused entry to buses and resto, with some store d not selling and even bombarded with racial slurs.
this is similar to what chinese did to japanese in china but here is more dangerous because many pinoys don't report to police.
i thought taiwanese are different from chinese.
i'm greatly disappointed .

That's like saying you thought Chinese are different from Chinese. Taiwanese are 100% Chinese by blood and nature just like Chinese in Beijing or Hongkong. Chinese belongs to the same feather and they stick together like blood is thicker than water. Too bad for the Filipinos in Taiwan they should have been more careful with their lives so they wouldn't need to serve and submit for abuse by the Chinese.
