How different? Different race, different culture???
Then why is the Taiwanese Museum loaded with stolen precious China artefacts from ancient China.
Ever heard of the cultural revolution? China was destroying everything back in this time. if those artifacts remained in China, they'd be destroyed. We Rescued those ancient artifacts.

You forgot the "Taiwan Cultural Revolution," which ran for 20 years (1988-2008).

And just so you will shutup about this like forever, This civil war wasn't Taiwan against China. It all started because Tobacco Monopoly agent hit the widow in the head with a pistal that prompted a crowd to surround the agents. They were already pissed because of hyperinflation, corruption. ONe agent fired his weapon that killed a bystander. The crowd protested against the police, but they were ignored.

228 Incident (Febuary 28) refers to the riots that happened the following day that started a revolution. The people wanted governement reform. It escalated to the events of small groups looted weapons and killed/injured 200 nationalists army soldiers, which turned into the army rataliating and killing anyone that participated in that attack by killing civies and house arrests. In the end, China brought troops. The White Terror, or what you called Taiwan Civil War was Chen Yi, sending Mainland soldiers into taiwan and ordering the massecure thousands of people island wide. They mainly focused on Taiwan's elites, educated etc and also Taiwans governement Not to mention civilians.

So in the end, this was China's excuse to go into another place and massacre more people. What? Mao's Leaps forwards and the Cutural Revolution wasn't enough for China?

Nice try, but you still failed hardcore. Now you know about the Taiwan civil war (not even what its called), dont bring it up. Not to mention you weren't even on the same topic as we were.

I can't believe you are trying to argue that because the japanese were more brutal, they were more evil.

Who cares! Both China and Japan came into Taiwan and brutally killed and excecuted in Taiwan. China was equally just as evil as Japan was. In the end, Taiwan looses and the death toll are just history stats and a reminder of how brutal both countries can be in order to control Taiwan.

don't be stupid, the japs denied taiwaners equal opportunities and anything beyond an elementary school education. you were primed to be slaves. the kmt did not do anything of the sort...although it was authoritarian everyone was a ROC citizen and equal. the proof is the fact that a cosplay fag like you even knows about 228 at all
