Ya mate! The Philippine coast guard only used an air gun to shoot the unarmed Taiwan fishing boat so the death was accidental and not intentional, it was a bloody freak accident mate!

But how about if one uses a 50 caliber machine gun and strafed the boat with 50 bullets?

Ah yes! We're just aiming for the lizard clinging at the boat!

Then the KEY! Wht flee the scene when you are supposed to capture the alleged offenders huh?

Suddenly realized they were not in PH waters?
