I love Torchwood! I love it the way it is! Being an American viewer I can only cringe at the thought of what would undoubtedly be a disaster if America were to get its hands on it. It could not possibly have the edge it had being produced in the UK. I liked the "British-ness" of Torchwood and cannot imagine what an Americanization would do to the whole concept. I do not want to lose Torchwood, but I also do not want to see some creepy Americanized Torchwood-wanna-be either.
