One of the stars of The CW's "Reaper" has signed on to a FOX pilot in what could be an ominous sign for the devilish series.

In the weekly Nielson ratings wrap-up section of Wednesday's USA Today, they actually mentioned this is the "final" season of Reaper.
It reads:
"And Reaper returned for a second (and final) season with 2.3 million Tuesday."

Yeah, it sucks.

Thats like when Bret Harrison signed on for Reaper when he knew The Loop was gunna be axed back in 2007. I seriously think Reaper has a good chance of being renewed. But sometimes when shows air at midseason, the series stars are in doubt so they want to sign on to other pilots to be safe. Of course if Reaper is renewed then Tyler Labine will obviously have to continue with it. Its better safe then sorry.
